Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns and we are unable to issue a refund after the item has been shipped or picked up.

We have a 48-Hour refund policy, which means you have 48 hours after making the order to request a refund. If the item is shipped before we receive a refund request, we will not be able to issue a refund.
